The Alide PR Pressure Regulator Series is a spring-loaded regulator designed for the second stage of pressure regulation, making it ideal for reducing medium gas pressure to low operational pressure. This regulator operates based on the principle of balance between the adjustable setpoint spring force, the pressure difference acting on the working diaphragm, and the gravity of the movable part.

The PR Series stands out with its robust yet sensitive design. With a design pressure up to 2 bar (200 kPa), the unit allows for large circulation, ensuring responsiveness and accuracy in adjusting the outlet pressure.

 The PR Series incorporates several technological features to guarantee optimal performance and safety: 

• Stable and Accurate Adjustment: Equipped with an adjustable nominal value spring, this regulator can regulate the outlet pressure stably, accurately, and sensitively, offering a wide outlet pressure range of 10 mbar to 200 mbar, depending on the installed spring.
• Balanced Diaphragm: This feature minimizes the impact of the inlet pressure on the outlet pressure, thereby enhancing regulation stability.
• Safety Diaphragm: The presence of a safety diaphragm significantly improves operational security. A respiratory tube is only needed in special circumstances as this feature is already installed.
• Pulse Connection Options: The regulator includes an internal impulse connection for monitoring outlet pressure. An optional external pulse connection is available on both sides, providing monitoring flexibility.
• High-Quality Materials: Parts in contact with gas are made from reliable materials: Shell from aluminum and steel, and Seals and Diaphragms from NBR, ensuring resistance against various non-corrosive gases.
