First Stage Pressure Regulator 81 Series (Type 81HP), a direct-operated regulator specifically designed for high-pressure service and applications with large gas load requirements, such as factories, office buildings, restaurants, and other industrial installations.

The 81 Series regulator functions to reduce tank pressure to an intermediate pressure for use by a subsequent regulator, or it can be utilized for specific final stage service applications (pounds to pounds). 

• High-Pressure Service: Designed to handle high-pressure service, capable of supplying pressure (Inlet) ranging from 1.73 to 19.70 bar.
• Large Load Applications: Ideal for installations requiring substantial gas flow capacity.
• Flexible Outlet Pressure: The Type 81HP is an adjustable high-pressure regulator with a wide range of outlet pressures, spanning from 0.35 bar to 1.4 bar (based on product description) or up to 2.80 bar (based on the configuration table).
• Durable Construction: Built with Aluminium Body and Cover and equipped with a Reinforced Diaphragm. All screws (Cover Screws and Inlet Fitting Screws) are made of Stainless Steel for corrosion resistance.
• Limited Relief Valve Option: The Type 81HP can be equipped with a limited relief valve.
• Pressure Gauge Port: 81 Series regulators feature a 1/4" FNPT side outlet (normally plugged) which provides an opening for an outlet pressure gauge.
• Wide Temperature Rating: It has a broad operating temperature rating, from -40oF to +180oF (-40oC to 82oC).
• Special Options: Options include Fluorocarbon Trim (GLT Viton) and configurations with a monitoring feature.
